A quick easy way to tell the search engines you added content

Many people update their websites but fail to let the search engines know. The easiest way to do this is by having ping code on your blog to begin with. While many of us are not "coders" we need to do this manually.

I use www.Pingmyblog.com each time I update one of my blogs, you should do this religiously as I am sure your competition is.
